Beach, Hayling Island

Beachlands is the main seafront leisure area on Hayling Island, located along the Sea Front road in South Hayling. The area includes a funfair, amusement arcade, cafes, and access to the sandy beach. Beachlands is the centre of the island's summer visitor trade, drawing families from Portsmouth, Havant, and the surrounding area. The car parks fill quickly on sunny weekends. The atmosphere is traditional English seaside, with ice cream vans, fish and chips, and the sound of the amusements mixing with the waves.
